In addition, my business background (business economist HWV Zurich and Chur; Master in Business Administration MBA, University of Strathclyde, UK), my coaching training (IAS Maienfeld) and various further training courses provide evidence of professional support – a good basis for a sustainable relationship based on trust.

A positive outlook and empathic knowledge of human nature enable me to understand my counterparts in their full uniqueness. I give my clients the strength to achieve their professional aims with a clear approach and trust in the wide range of opportunities open to them so they can implement them with enjoyment.

Progress is based on experience

As a member of the professional association called BSO (Berufsverband für Supervision, Coaching und Organisationsentwicklung – Professional Organisation for Supervision, Coaching and Organisational Development) and various professional and management organisations, I am aware of the current trends. I use them to develop new concepts or projects with my professional colleagues and implement them on a long-term basis.
